2 Service Description

Tuponet provides a service of temporary rental of virtual phone numbers allowing the reception of verification SMS (OTP) for various third-party services (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).

Delivery: Number delivery is digital and instant after payment is confirmed or credit is debited.

⚠️ Minimum age: Use of this service is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 and over.

3 Payments & Refund Policy

3.1. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Mobile Money (Orange Money, Airtel Money, MTN, M-Pesa). Transactions are secured by our payment aggregator partners.

3.2. "Technical" Refund (Automatic)

If you rent a number and you do not receive the SMS code within the allotted time (usually 10 to 20 minutes), the order is cancelled and the credit is automatically and fully refunded to your Tuponet balance. No action is required on your part.

3.3. Monetary Refund (Disputes)

Credits deposited on Tuponet are meant to be spent. However, in the event of a major technical error during a deposit (e.g. money debited from your Mobile Money but not credited to Tuponet), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method after verification (within 24h to 72h).

4 Limitation of Liability

Tuponet provides the number for receiving the code. We are not responsible for what happens to the created account (ban by WhatsApp/Telegram, blocking, etc.).
Numbers are temporary. They must NEVER be used for banking, administrative or critical services. Once the rental ends, the number is no longer accessible.
Tuponet is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Facebook or Telegram.

🚫 5. Prohibited Use (Zero Tolerance)

It is strictly forbidden to use Tuponet for:

Fraudulent activities, scams or phishing.
Harassment or threats.
Creating fake accounts to manipulate opinion.

Any suspicious account will be permanently banned without refund and data may be passed on to the relevant authorities.

6 Privacy & Data

We only collect your email for account management and transaction history for accounting and legal reasons.

In accordance with data protection laws, you have the right to access, modify and delete your data. To exercise this right, write to our support.
